Lax Aeterna (for solo piano)

I composed this after listening to Mahler's Symphony No. 2 one evening in early January while my children were (thankfully) asleep. Of course, it sounds nothing like Mahler ... so make of that what you will. And before anyone asks, no, the "Lax" in the title is not a typo for "Lux", it is quite deliberate. This is the 9th in my ongoing "Notes from the Attic" collection.
